We are actively inviting experienced Scrub Practitioners to join our world-class Theatres team at the newly-opened Harborne Hospital, in Birmingham. The World’s largest private healthcare group; providing award winning primary, acute and complex care

  • Location: The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham

  • Contract Type: Permanent, full time 37.5 hours

  • Salary: Competitive + allowances

  • Operating times; 8am- 8 pm

  • Shift Days; Monday to Saturday;

If you are an experienced Scrub Theatre Nurse / Theatre Practitioner and can offer a weekly commitment of full-time hours, we would very much like to hear from you.

Maybe you haven't worked in the private healthcare sector before and would like to see how this compares to the public sector. We have friendly, welcoming and experienced theatre teams happy to support, nurture and develop you.

As a Scrub Practitioner, you will be excited to work with world class surgeons, in state of the art environments, you may see some exclusive robotics in practice too and complex breakthrough surgeries.  This is a great opportunity to learn and excel in your specialist area.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experienced Theatre Nurse, or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)

  • Registered to practice in the UK

  • Scrub experience in a range of surgical specialities 

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
