Lead Duty Nurse Manager

• NMC (RN) qualified with acute sector experience within the last 5 years 

• Previous experience of managing teams of Nurses and other Health care professionals 

• Evidence of leadership and experience at or equivalent to Sister/Charge Nurse  

• Ability to revolve conflict / difficult behaviour 

• ALS qualification 

• Skilled in the early recognition of clinical problems with evidence of taking appropriate action 

• MSc in Nursing or equivalent (or working towards) or equivalent experience
