Patient Experience Manager

We are very excited to launch our Portland Hospital Outpatient Centre in Cheshire and are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about delivering the 5 star service synonymous with The Portland Hospital brand. You will make a real difference by providing support to our Clinical Services Manager in the smooth running of the facility & maintaining our impeccable standards. You will work closely with The Wilmslow Hospital and The Christie Private Care with regards to onward treatment for women’s health services and also The Portland Hospital in London with regards to private deliveries and children’s services.

What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the Clinical Services Manager to ensure 5* excellence across the facility
- Managing of the Front of House team
- Events and networking
- First point of contact for Consultants and clinicians
- Welcome new starters, facilitating and coordinating their local induction
- First point of call for general local Facilities matters
- Health & Safety Site Representative
- Support the Clinical Services Manager with any additional administration tasks that may arise
- Maintain all Site Noticeboards ensuring all messages and information is up to date, accurate and relevant – assist CNO and HR with preparation and distribution of Corporate posters
- General office duties - Ordering all new office equipment & stationery supplies as required and maintaining the condition of the office, furniture & non-clinical equipment
