Business Development Manager – Primary & Urgent Care Service Lines

We are actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to assist in developing business leads and identifying revenue opportunities within our Primary and Urgent Care service lines. This role will play an important part in supporting the growth and sustainability of healthcare services, helping to shape how we deliver care across our Primary Care division while contributing to the overall success of our business ventures.
In this role, you will help uncover potential revenue streams and foster business development relationships. You will have a direct influence on the future of healthcare delivery through support across various teams, while growing within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do:
- Consumer Volume Growth: Help identify and support opportunities to enhance revenues and profitability within urgent care, existing ventures and any newly acquired sites. Assist in driving new products and managing marketing efforts to grow consumer footfall.
- B2B Contracts: Drive new business into Primary Care ventures and Urgent Care services through corporate contracts and referral partnerships
- Downstream Management Assistance: Provide support in coordinating downstream volumes from Primary Care to HCA UK, assisting in the implementation of strategies to improve pathways. Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Acquisition Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, providing support in identifying acquisition opportunities and ensuring smooth integration.
- Market Research: Assist in preparing comprehensive market reports to inform and guide key decision-making processes.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience in a business development support role, with an understanding of the private/ independent healthcare sector, and Primary Care healthcare industry landscape.
- Ability to contribute to strategic thinking and provide support in analysing business scenarios and revenue generating opportunities, to foster growth in Primary Care and Urgent Care service lines.
- Preferred experience in assisting with Acquisitions and Integrations in private /independent sector healthcare.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to work effectively with stakeholders across different levels.
- Adaptive and solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.
