Registered Nursing Associate

Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Rotational of Days, Nights & Weekends
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Dependent on Experience + Shift Allowance
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Qualified Nursing Associates to join our dynamic team across our HCA Healthcare UK sites across London.
As a Nursing Associate you will bridge the gap between healthcare support workers and registered nurses, to deliver hands-on, person-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team in a range of clinical duties such as monitoring, dressing wounds and communicate with patients about their condition. Duties and responsibilities:
Delivery of high-quality, person-centred care under the direction of a registered nurse or senior clinician
Carry out clinical tasks including observations, wound care and assisting with medication administration
Support patients with daily living activities while promoting dignity and respect
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery
Participate in continuing professional development and reflective practice

What you’ll bring:
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Nursing Associate
Level 5 Nursing Associate Foundation Degree / L5 Higher Nursing Associate Apprenticeship
Significant years of acute hospital experience in a Nursing Associate role
Ability to communicate with patients, relatives and health care providers
Knowledge of when to seek advice and refer to a registered care professional
Good interpersonal skills. Polite, friendly and courteous manner
Ability to work effectively as a team player under appropriate supervision, and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
