Role - Executive Assistant to Executive Team
Location - The Princess Grace Hospital, London
Full time - 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant to join HCA Healthcare UK to support our Executive Team.

Within this role, you will provide a range of effective administrative duties to support the Executive Team in their day to day work. The EA will manage schedules, communications and administrative tasks, enabling to focus on strategic activities.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required
• Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and prioritise communications, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly
• Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of executives
• Plan and coordinate executive meetings, conferences, and events
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Develop project summaries/ updates via advance PowerPoint packs
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain filing systems

What you’ll bring:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Prior experience within a PA/EA role, supporting executive level colleagues
• Electronic diary management experience using MS Outlook 
• High level of competence in Microsoft Office packages
• Strong organisation skills and an ability to work under pressure
• Contain a proactive, adaptable, dependable and professional attitude at all times
• Healthcare experience in an EA capacity desirable
